One on One Private Lesson

A one-on-one private lesson, in your home, in a studio or via zoom, is a primarily seated practice rising in and out of a chair to practice different dance styles if and when possible depending on the dancer’s ability and over time maintaining and even enhancing mobility.


When seated, the nervous system is challenged and seeks ways to stand up straight and requires skeletal organization in relation to gravity. The class explores this relation and develops light and graceful movement which is part of the seated position.


Lessons are 50 minutes of enjoyable work designed to achieve and improve the extension of the dancer’s range of motion, long postures, light cardio work, tension release and pain management.
